Yes. Individual and Professional both start with a free week with full access, so you can add your wallets and see your real positions before paying. The API doesn’t have a trial; the Starter pack at $10 for 500 credits is the equivalent.
Monthly or yearly, by card. Yearly billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10. Portfolio Enterprise is on an annual contract and invoiced.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There are no cancellation fees, and your data is still there if you come back.
Purchased credits don’t expire while your account is active. They only expire if the account has no activity, meaning no API calls or purchases, for 12 months. Credits we grant for free, such as promotional or trial credits, can have an end date, and that date is shown when they’re added. Credits used by a failed request are refunded to your balance.
No. It runs on the same API key and the same credits as the API, and each tool call costs the same as the endpoint behind it. Two of the tools report your usage, so the assistant can tell you what you’ve spent.
Yes, for Portfolio Enterprise, committed API plans and Custom Data projects. Self-serve plans and credit packs are by card.
